NETRA TOBACCO MACHINERY is a full service company founded in the early 1970s . We have been in the tobacco industry for almost 35 years dealing with tobacco machineries. We have a team of qualified technicians who served in the tobacco industry for minimum 25 years (Ex-Malaysian Tobacco Company). They are assigned as "teams" to each project. Our customers are pleased to meet these team members when they visit our facilities to monitor the progress of their machine. Mechanical and electrical design is performed in-house. Our documentation is clear and complete. Our records of services on previous jobs or assignments locally or overseas are very well maintained.

A rebuilding proposal from NETRA is not complete unless it describes, in detail, the work to be performed, as well as the responsibilities of NETRA during the project. The entire machine, or a single unit of the machine, may require full overhauling, refurbishing and maintenance. We want our customers to know the work content at the state of total understanding.
